Our Role: Specialized contracting – finishing, interiors, and structural support.

Luxury Private Villa – Nabha Estate, Shimla

Scope: Single-family luxury villa (approx. 4,000 sq. ft.) with landscaped garden, parking, and panoramic windows.
Our Role: Complete construction including site preparation, structural work, finishing trades, and landscaping support.
Key Features: Premium flooring, wooden paneling, energy-efficient glazing, weather-adaptive roofing.

 Boutique Hotel Project – Shimla Foothills

Scope: 12-room boutique hotel with reception, dining area, and terrace overlooking the valley.
Our Role: End-to-end specialized construction – foundation, structure, finishes, and MEP coordination.
Expected Completion: Q4 2025
Key Features: Earthquake-resistant design, hill-adapted material sourcing, premium interior finishes.
